HOW TO USE

Make space for your evening wind-down

Picture the transition to evening: softer lighting, screens set aside, and a regular bedtime. Give your nighttime supplement a consistent place in that wind-down ritual.

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day. For best results, take 20–30 minutes before bedtime with an 8 fl oz glass of water.
