ELX Labs is a brand operated by Direct BP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ELX Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery dates and carrier estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including our applicable 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Eligibility for refunds, replacements, returns, and store credit is determined according to that policy and applicable law.
10. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

When purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, billing frequency, and other subscription terms will be disclosed before checkout.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented at purchase.
You may cancel or manage your subscription according to the instructions provided through your account, subscription management page, or customer support.
Cancellation prevents future recurring orders but may not cancel an order that has already entered processing or fulfillment.
Any additional subscription terms presented at enrollment form part of these Terms.

The ELX Labs name, logos, product names, designs, graphics, photographs, website content, articles, videos, copy, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Direct BP LLC unless otherwise indicated.
You may access the content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our protected materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
